Overall

For us, it’s all about maximizing: getting the best out of ourselves, our work, and our team.
We don’t compete with others, but with ourselves, to be a better version tomorrow than we are today. Every project we deliver is better than the last. That’s how we keep beating ourselves and growing as people and as a company.
We are looking for real go-getters who want to work in a team where everyone knows and supports each other.
You can identify with our culture and values. With this mindset, you will fit right into our team.

Your responsibilities

As a calculator-purchaser, you are responsible for performing cost price calculations when preparing quotations and tender documents for apartments, industrial complexes, office buildings, public works, etc. You study specifications, plans, and bills of quantities and check them for completeness. You will also be responsible for drawing up a cost price calculation, taking into account implementation methods and deadlines, site layout, and requested data.

You will request quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and check them for conformity with the specifications. In doing so, you will take into account the specifications of engineering firms and public authorities and the wishes of the client. Searching for possible economic alternatives is second nature to you, and you identify implementation difficulties and opportunities.

You are responsible for compiling the final quotation and the accompanying documents. If we win a project with your calculation, you are also responsible for purchasing the project. After all, you know the project like no other. When selecting partners/subcontractors, we strive for complete transparency so that everyone knows what they are signing up for and we avoid problems later on. You will be supported in this by a close-knit team.
You will carry out your tasks with our corporate culture in mind. You therefore fully identify with the values of our company.

We are a family business

Our people are not numbers, and we make it a point of honor to uphold our open-door policy and get to know our team. A family only works if its members are there for each other and support each other. Different departments are not competitors but work together.
A family is also bound together by a shared culture, habits, and customs that each individual embraces and supports. Good communication is key.

We build structure

We work hard to build new structures and ways to optimize our business. We are convinced that as a young team (young at heart!), we can do things differently. We believe that together we can make a difference by thinking of other ways to build, structure, and organize. To do this, we rely on everyone; it is the people in specific positions who can tell us what can be improved.

We are plant growers

In our team, we look for solutions before the problem surfaces. We actively think about how to move forward. Closely related to this is the fact that we take responsibility for our job and the tasks that come with it. Based on the necessary trust, we learn from our mistakes.

We take care of everything for the customer

We deliver a product with a serious price tag to our customers. It is important that they receive a total solution. We are plant pullers who specialize in finding solutions. We work hard on our communication skills because in construction we are constantly in consultation with people. On the other hand, we are also always looking for ‘partner-oriented customers’ who fit in with our culture. This makes working (together) even more enjoyable.

Who are you?

  • You identify with the values of our company: you are always looking for improvement and take responsibility with a smile.
  • You have a higher education degree in construction engineering (or equivalent experience) and several years of experience as a estimator in a construction company is preferred.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft applications. Word, Excel, and Project are the basics. Knowledge of KPD-office is a plus.

What do we offer?

  • You will be part of a family-run, class 7 construction company that is dynamic, growing rapidly, and has an open mindset.
  • You will be part of a team of motivated and committed colleagues who will support you in the further development of your career.
  • We have a clear “open door policy” and offer the opportunity for ongoing consultation.
  • Our company values work-life balance and offers the necessary flexibility in this regard.
  • We encourage personal initiative and entrepreneurship.
  • We offer an attractive salary that we will agree with you based on your knowledge and experience.
  • Of course, this also includes a representative company car, smartphone, and laptop, so that you can easily drive to the site and are always available.
  • Our happiness committee regularly organizes various outings, gadgets, snacks, etc.
