YOBO is ambitious. That is why we are looking for a driven Project Manager who does not shy away from a challenge. You will take charge of multiple construction projects, from start to completion, and oversee the entire process. You know your projects like no one else.

Your responsibilities

You are the driving force behind our projects. You draw up project plans, budgets, and quality standards and monitor them closely.
You are the key figure between contractors, architects, engineering firms, and other parties involved.
You analyze the feasibility of new projects and advise on the final construction concept based on your technical insights and practical experience.
You appoint the right parties and engineering firms to bring the projects to a successful conclusion.
You coordinate design and construction processes, building strong partnerships.
You tender the projects and negotiate with contractors to arrive at a quote within the budget.
You monitor compliance with building regulations and, if necessary, permit procedures.
You maintain relationships with government agencies, utility companies, and customers and represent YOBO with expertise and conviction.

Who are you

YOBO is looking for ambitious real estate professionals. People who are keen to tackle challenging projects and dare to push their boundaries.

You have a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
You have at least 3 years of experience in the execution of construction projects and enjoy the autonomy to bring a project to a successful conclusion.
Both the administrative and implementation aspects of a project fall within your area of expertise.
You have excellent communication skills because communication is key at YOBO Real Estate. You can communicate easily with internal and external parties and enjoy negotiating. You also communicate fluently in Dutch and French; knowledge of English is a plus.
You take full ownership of your projects and are confident in your ability to bring every aspect to a successful conclusion. You dare to think outside the box to find creative solutions, always with a view to high-quality project development.
