YOBO Real Estate is looking for a motivated Real Estate Consultant to join our team. In this challenging role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers. You will guide them through the entire sales process, from initial contact to the actual sale. You will advise clients in a professional manner, identify their needs, and respond to them commercially.

Your responsibilities

  • Guiding customers through the entire sales process, right up to the notarial deed.
  • Working with our internal marketer to set up marketing campaigns for projects.
  • Ensuring a smooth transfer to our customer support team.
  • Analyzing sales results and reporting to the Head of Sales.

Who are you

  • A real estate enthusiast who actively monitors market trends, competition, and purchasing behavior and uses this information strategically.
  • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness, with a proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
  • You are flexible, committed, and willing to participate in events and open houses, including evenings and weekends.
  • Qualifications & recognition: you have a bachelor’s degree; a BIV number is a plus.
  • You are administratively strong and accurate in following up on sales files.
  • You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and French; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience with Hubspot? Then you have an extra asset!
