In the heart of Zaventem, Goodlife offers 50 fully finished assisted living apartments designed for residents who value autonomy, comfort, and community. Developed by Hoome and constructed by Building & Partners, the project combines thoughtful architecture with integrated care services, providing a secure and vibrant living environment for seniors.
The objective was to create a residential complex that:

The building features a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, each with private terraces and designed with durable, high-quality materials. A central lobby with a fireplace serves as a communal gathering space, leading to a landscaped garden and terrace. The design emphasizes natural light, accessibility, and a homely atmosphere.
All units are recognized assisted living apartments, complying with the stringent standards of the Flemish Agency for Care and Health, ensuring both quality and peace of mind for residents and their families.
